Peter Lucantoni,

Peter has had a long
and varied experience in education, starting out as an EFL teacher
in the UK from 1979-1986, with a two-year spell in Italy in the
early 80s. His teaching has taken him to the Middle East, and to
Cyprus on a permanent basis since 1993. Peter is now an established
author for various international publishing houses, including
Cambridge University Press, Hodder Murray and Pearson-Longman.

Peter is in demand as a
speaker at international conferences, and has recently been invited
to give plenary talks at Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman;
the 3rd Annual TESOL Conference in Doha, Qatar; and the annual TESOL
conference at ODTU, Ankara, Turkey. Peter also works with
Ministries of Education and local education providers across the
Middle East, training teachers of English and providing support for
the development of English language teaching and learning in
schools, both private and public sector.

Lydia
Kellas,

With more than 20
years of experience in ELT, Lydia is an established author for
Cambridge University Press and Hodder Murray.

see a list of Lydia’s books. Lydia began her career as a teacher in
the Canary Islands, before moving on to Tokyo, Japan. After a short
spell back in the UK to obtain her University of Cambridge DELTA
(formerly DTEFLA), Lydia taught in Muscat, Oman, during the early
1990s, before moving to Cyprus in 1993. Since then, she has been
heavily involved in teacher training, particularly for the Cambridge
CELTYL course, but has also worked in examinations administration
and, more recently, in writing materials for learning English.
